Gas Delivery

In-Buea Delivery: 500 XAF / 1,000 XAF Depending on the location of the customer only.

This covers the delivery of gas cylinders within the town of Buea.

Out-of-Buea Delivery: Priced based on the distance from Buea town. Contact us for specific rates.

Food Delivery

We partner with local restaurants to deliver food to your doorstep. You can also order from any restaurant of your choice.
Partner Restaurant Delivery: 500 XAF – 2000 XAF (depending on distance within Buea). Discount available.
Non-Partner Restaurant Delivery: 1,000 XAF – 3,000 XAF (depending on distance within Buea).

Note: Food prices are separate from the delivery fee and will be billed as per the restaurant’s menu.

Package Delivery

We provide efficient package deliveries for personal and business needs within Buea.

Within Buea: 500 XAF – 3,000 XAF (based on package size and distance).
Interurban Deliveries (within Buea but handed off to a travel agency for destinations outside Buena): will also depend on package size, and distance but content as well. Note that the delivery fee for the travel agency is different and would be paid separate from the delivery fee, depending of course on the travel agency’s rates and package size.

Waste Disposal

Waste disposal fees are determined by the amount of waste and the location of the public trashcan or waste disposal site.

Small Waste Collection: 2,000 XAF – 3,000 XAF (based on location).

Large Waste Collection: 5,000 XAF and above, based on volume and distance.

Quantification of waste Wil be done by waste.

Errands Delivery

We can handle your errands such as grocery shopping, bill payments, or other specific tasks.

Errand Fee: 1,500 XAF – 3,000 XAF (depending on the complexity and distance).

Shopping or Purchase Costs: These will be billed separately and receipts will be provided. The customer will reimburse these costs upon delivery.

Laundry/Pressing Services

We offer pickup and delivery of laundry items.

Pressing Fee: Discount available for partner companies. But for out per item (the actual pressing cost will be paid to the laundry service, separate from our fee).

Delivery Fee: 1,000 XAF – 1,500 XAF (depending on distance within Buena).

Additional Charges and Important Notes

Urgent Delivery Fees: For rush Deliveries, an additional fee of 1,000 XAF may apply, depending on the service.
After-Hours Delivery: An extra charge of 1,000 XAF – 2,000 XAF may apply for deliveries requested outside of our normal working hours.
Cancellation Fees: Once an order reaches a certain phase of completion, cancellations are no longer possible. If the order is canceled in an early phase, no cancellation fee will be charged.
